- “User”, “Customer”, “you” refers to any individual or entity using our services.
- “Services” refers to Managed WordPress Hosting, Dedicated WordPress Hosting, and related offerings.
- “Website” refers to rapidwp.net.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or services, you confirm that you:
- Are at least 18 years old
- Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
- Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our services.
3. Services
RapidWP provides managed WordPress hosting services, including infrastructure, security, backups, and technical support.
Features and limits vary by plan and are described on the website. We reserve the right to modify, upgrade, or discontinue any service or feature at any time.
4. Account Registration & Security
You are responsible for:

- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
RapidWP is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.
5. Billing & Payments
5.1 Pricing
All prices are displayed on the website and may change without prior notice.
5.2 Payment Methods
We accept payments via:

- UPI
- Bank transfer
5.3 Billing Cycle
Services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected.
6. No Refund Policy
All payments made to RapidWP are non-refundable.
We do not provide refunds, partial refunds, or credits for unused time, plan downgrades, early cancellations, or service interruptions.
By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to this strict no-refund policy.
7. Service Availability & Uptime
RapidWP targets 99.9% uptime, excluding:
- Scheduled maintenance
- Emergency maintenance
- Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)
Uptime is not a guarantee and does not entitle customers to refunds or credits.
8. Backups & Data Responsibility
RapidWP provides daily backups with limited retention for disaster recovery purposes.
However:
- Backups are not guaranteed
- Customers are solely responsible for maintaining their own data backups
- RapidWP is not liable for data loss under any circumstances
9. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use RapidWP services for:
- Illegal activities
- Malware, phishing, or hacking
- Spam or bulk unsolicited emails
- Copyright infringement
- Content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without notice.
10. Resource Usage & Fair Use
While bandwidth may be listed as “unlimited,” usage must remain within reasonable limits to ensure platform stability.
Excessive resource usage that affects other customers may result in:
- Throttling
- Suspension
- Mandatory upgrade to a higher plan
11. Managed Services Scope
RapidWP provides managed services limited to:
- WordPress core updates
- Server-level security and optimization
- Hosting infrastructure management
We are not responsible for:
- Third-party plugins or themes
- Custom code issues
- Application-level bugs
12. Affiliate Program
Participation in the affiliate program is subject to separate affiliate terms.
RapidWP reserves the right to:
- Modify commission structures
- Delay or withhold payouts in cases of fraud or abuse
- Terminate affiliate accounts at our discretion
13. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate services without notice if:
- These Terms are violated
- Payments fail or are disputed
- Illegal or abusive activity is detected
Upon termination, all data may be permanently deleted.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- RapidWP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the preceding 30 days
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RapidWP and CloudNeuron Technologies LLP from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the services.
16. Force Majeure
RapidWP shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, network failures, or government actions.
17. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
