- Accidental purchases
- Promotional or discounted plans
This policy applies to all services, including Managed WordPress Hosting, Dedicated WordPress Hosting, add-ons, and affiliate-related purchases.
2. Trial, Setup & Migration
- RapidWP does not offer free trials.
- Free migrations are provided as a courtesy service and do not affect refund eligibility.
- Setup fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
3. Uptime & Service Availability
RapidWP targets 99.9% uptime, but uptime is not guaranteed and does not qualify for refunds or service credits.
Scheduled maintenance, emergency updates, and events beyond our control are excluded.
4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting RapidWP support first may result in:
- Immediate account suspension or termination
- Permanent loss of data
- Blacklisting from future services
Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested with evidence.
5. Exceptions
No exceptions are made to this Refund Policy.
Custom plans, promotional offers, and lifetime deals are strictly non-refundable.
6. Customer Responsibility
