Affiliate Terms

This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) governs participation in the RapidWP Affiliate Program. By joining or participating in the Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

RapidWP is operated by CloudNeuron Technologies LLP, a company registered in INDIA.

1. Overview

The RapidWP Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn commissions by referring customers to RapidWP’s hosting services using unique tracking links or discount codes.

This Agreement applies to all affiliates, partners, and promoters participating in the program.

2. Commission Structure

2.1 Default Commission

  • Affiliates earn 30% commission on eligible referral payments.
  • Commissions are earned as long as the referred customer remains active and in good standing.

2.2 Custom Commission & Discounts

  • Custom commission rates and custom discount codes may be provided upon request.
  • Approval is granted on a case-by-case basis and at RapidWP’s sole discretion.

3. Tracking & Cookies

  • RapidWP uses 90-day tracking cookies to attribute referrals.
  • If a user signs up within 90 days of clicking your affiliate link, the referral will be credited to your account.
  • Tracking depends on cookies being enabled in the user’s browser.

4. Commission Hold Period

  • All earned commissions are held for 30 days from the date of payment.
  • This holding period helps prevent fraud, abuse, and chargebacks.
  • Commissions become eligible for withdrawal only after the hold period ends.

5. Withdrawals & Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Requests

  • Affiliates may request withdrawals once commissions are approved and available.
  • Withdrawal requests are processed within 7 days of submission.

5.2 Delays

  • Payouts may be delayed due to:
    • Non-working days
    • Public holidays
    • Banking or payment provider delays

Such delays do not constitute a breach of this Agreement.

6. Payment Methods

Affiliate payouts are made via:

  • PayPal
  • UPI
  • Bank Transfer

Payment method availability may vary by region.

7. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates agree to:

  • Promote RapidWP honestly and ethically
  • Avoid false, misleading, or deceptive claims
  • Not engage in spam, trademark bidding, or unauthorized advertising
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Affiliates may not represent themselves as RapidWP employees or agents.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Fraudulent or self-referrals
  • Cookie stuffing or manipulation
  • Incentivized signups without approval
  • Misuse of RapidWP branding or trademarks

Violations may result in forfeiture of commissions and immediate termination.

9. Termination

RapidWP reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate affiliate accounts at any time
  • Withhold unpaid commissions in cases of fraud or policy violations

Affiliates may terminate participation at any time by contacting support.

10. Limitation of Liability

RapidWP is not liable for:

  • Lost commissions due to tracking failures
  • Technical issues or third-party service interruptions
  • Indirect or consequential damages

11. Modifications

RapidWP may update this Affiliate Agreement at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of INDIA, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
